There are many people who have power in our day to day society. Royal families, governments, influencers, and even AI. However, there are also many problems in our society and these people are doing anything to fix them. I believe that young people should have a say in how our world is run, as there are many bad decisions that have been made by rulers, and nobody is ever satisfied with actions taken.
Firstly, we need to stop content thieves, there is no worse feeling than pouring your heart and soul out into a project only for someone to steal in and make more credit than you did. If something is stolen then it should get banned and the original creator should get some recognition instead, as you could lose out on millions of people seeing your ideas and thousands of pounds. For example, if you upload a video to a website like Youtube, somebody could literally just steal it and make more money than you did originally, which definitely shouldn’t be allowed.
Another problem is the safety of animals; many species are in danger of going extinct, pandas, tigers, rhinos and blue whales too, and there are between 200 - 2000 extinctions EACH YEAR. There are multiple ways we can stop this. For example, stop poachers - there are too many animals dying for us to kill more of them to make items to benefit us. Do you really think these species that may have likely have been on this planet longer deserve to have us swooping in and making food or clothes out of them? It just isn’t the right thing to do.
Finally, we need to stop discrimination to each other. It is not right to treat someone differently because you think they don’t fit in, or they are not equal; we are all equal. We may not look the same or act the same, but this planet is for all of us to share, not to leave people out or alone, so stop toxicity. If you don’t like somebody, either in real life or on the internet, then just don’t talk to them. You don’t need to start an argument about it, because not only doesn’t it affect them, it also affects the people around them and the people around you, who might not support your actions.
Overall, I think if we worked together to achieve these three goals then the world would be a much friendlier, safer and ultimately better place. Everyone could live to their fullest potential and not in fear or hiding. There would be less negative emotions for people, and everyone would just be generally content and happy, because nobody would feel bad about themselves due to no discrimination, people would be able to make videos without fear of the video being stolen off them, and animals could live in safety and peace.
