Many people might find it hard to stay positive but I think it is really important to do so. Here are some tips to teach you how to stay positive and learn why it's important.
How can I stay positive?
There are many ways you can stay positive but some may suit you more than others.
1. Focus on the good things in life - try to block out the negatives!
2. Getting enough sleep, this will positively impact the next day.
3. Talking to someone - this can help you a lot.
4. Pets. Having something to look after can make a big difference.

1. Try to find the positives in a negative situation - this may be hard but it might help.
2. Give yourself breaks - don't rush everything, make sure you take time for yourself.
