Star Wars: The Last Jedi hit British theatres on the 14th of December 2017 and is the 8th of 9 films in the series. Its stars the likes of Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver and the late great Carrie Fisher.

The newest installment of the Star Wars franchise hoped to live up to its predecessor Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back, however in the eyes of a lot of Star Wars fans it failed to achieve such brilliance, but it did however, destroy its other predecessor (Star Wars: Attack of the Clones) in quality. This is due to superior writing from Rian Johnson and superior acting from Daisy Ridley, John Boyega and Oscar Isaac or as (ex-grandmaster of the Jedi Order) Yoda would say ‘The greatest teacher, failure is.’

However, whilst a lot of fans loved the Rey and Luke storyline, they found the Finn and Rose storyline lacking as they go to a ripoff version of LA called Canto Bight to find a master hacker.

This installment shows the return of fan favourites Chewbacca ,Poe Dameron and FN-2187 (a.k.a. Finn).

The 9th installment of the Star Wars franchise is due to hit American theatres on the 20th of December 2019 and hype for this years Solo: a Star Wars Story has already started to grow. With a lot of Original trilogy fans excited to see how Han Solo and Chewbacca meet and how Han will win the Millennium Falcon from Lando Calrissian.
