Christmas lights are just one of the Christmas’ obsessions, but is it too much of an obsession? Oftentimes, people go overboard and try to decorate every inch of their house with these Christmas decorations. People decorate their houses with lights as they often have too many and don't want to waste them; a lot of people won't even admit to this! Although, some people put up the right amount and don't go overboard with decorating.
Light shows
Another thing to do at Christmas is see the light show at Alnwick Garden. They put on a really beautiful light show with everything from pop up elves to gigantic light-up stars, which you can walk through. There is also a water pool with lights going all the way around, with nutcrackers at the entrances and exits. They play nice festive music as you are walking around the garden. You will be sure not to miss the snowflakes, reflections of parts of the building and laser lights coming from different areas.
